He studied management at Helena Chodkowska University of Technology and Economics. A graduate of the medical studies at Karol Marcinkowski University Of Medical Sciences(currently Poznan University Of Medical Sciences).
Involved with insurance market since 1993. During this time he worked at all levels of professional career, starting from an insurance agent in one of the largest insurance agencies corporation in Poland, through the Director of sales at GERLING Poland, to the function of the Vice-President of the Board of WARTA ŻYCIE S.A, which he held between 1998-2005. From 2000 until 2005, he was also an advisor for the President of the Board of TUIR WARTA S.A. He served as a memeber of the supervisory boards of many financial institutions. He was a delegate of the POLISH CHAMBER of INSURANCE, the Insurance Commission in Paris as a coordinator for integration of the Polish insurance market with the European Union.
He gratuated for the members of the supervisory boards of companies with the participation of the State Treasury. Since 2006 , he is the main shareholder in companies of risk management of insurance in companies and insurance brokerage (broker). He is specialized in handling of contracts in the field of insurance guarantee,insurance risks of the construction, and the liability of contract, as well as liquidate damages insurance.
